Agreement to Terms

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. However, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be unique to you
• Similar content may be generated for other users
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy or quality of generated content

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic recurring payments
• Notify us of any billing issues promptly

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. We will charge your payment method on file. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy. Generally, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions and within 7 days for monthly subscriptions if you haven't used significant service resources.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.

• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPT ENGINEER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompt Engineer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Discontinuation of the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
